Year 7 Parents Forum
All Year 7’s were given letters to take home regarding setting up a Year 7 Parent’s Forum. The aim is to further develop relationships and communication between the school and parents. The forum would give parents an opportunity to be involved in the life of school and work closely with us to build effective partnerships. At Edmonton County we firmly believe that parental and school partnership is the most effective way forward in ensuring the success of a child’s education. At the forum we can discuss any year group concerns and plan any future events together, in addition to addressing any individual issues that arise.
Our first meeting will be held on the 7th November at the Bury campus, from 6.00 – 7.00pm in the Main Hall – I would really welcome as many parents as possible – please ring the school and let Miss Doyle know to confirm your attendance. I look forward to seeing you then.
